The Holtz’s have been members of Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church since 1998.  Carol was on MPLC staff as the Director of Christian Education from 2002-2007.  She enjoyed living sixteen months (2007-2008) in England on a work assignment with her husband, Gene.  Carol has returned to the staff as Education Co-Director as of January 2009.  Carol is the proud parent of three young-adult daughters.  She is often spotted reading, spending time with friends and family and traveling, including frequent trips to Iowa.
